Dad Failure

While driving in the van, we were all listening to It’s All About The Pentiums when Corwin asks, “what’s a pentium?”. I couldn’t believe. I showed him one when we got home and he still didn’t understand. What have I raised that this is not more intuitive than breathing? We can fix this, we can overcome!

I can sympathize. Keith knows all the WiFi spots around town, but he has absolutely no concept yet of how the Internet works.

Funny how that works.…I was just reminiscing about my days in college with a friend, and made a comment like “And we didn’t even have email!” Then realized, our kids will take for granted things like the internet and cell phones, rather than marvel at the amount of work it took to develop it. When Keith figures out how the internet works, have him explain it to my guys.
