Lego Star Wars has made a big comeback in the house. The boys started playing it again a few weeks back and have been having a blast. Apparently they discovered the existence of power ups that multiply the amount of Lego studs that are found. Even more motivatingly, one of their friends had achieved the maximum multiplier (3,840). It could not be allowed to stand that someone had a higher multiplier!
It takes a lot to save up for the first one but it’s a cascading effect so that next one is easier. Eventually they were racking up hundreds of millions in single missions and quickly hit the absolute limit of 4 billion. Now that they could afford every extra, they found renewed interest in finding all of the hidden items. Still, I suspect even the massive rewards will eventually pall.
