[Dinner conversation]
Mom: So did you think they were pretty?
Alice: Yes.
Dad: But not as pretty as Daddy.
Alice: They were prettier.
Dad: Prettier than Daddy?
Alice: Yes.
Dad: Oh, Alice, how can you say that?
Alice: My brain didn’t tell me! Wake up, brain! Do you want to talk to my brain?
Dad: Not right now, maybe after dinner.
Later Alice came in to my office and told me her brain was ready to talk to me.
