Mom is struggling hard to keep up with her class. On top of that she has to write some papers and organize a competition event for next week. And of course we’re trying to get our company off the ground and both Mom and I are doing some heavy duty coding for that. So naturally, Mom went out today and got this:
Corwin and Polynomial
P.S. Of course, Alice is home sick today and tomorrow as well. At least Charles has his drawings to keep him busy.
Polly (short for “Polynomial”) is a Labradoodle and the sister of the puppy in this picture. Other than that, I will leave further details to Mom. She doesn’t write about the kids much, but perhaps she’ll be more motivated about the dog.
Poly survived her first night, and hasn’t peed in the house yet. Of course, she hasn’t really eaten anything yet either.
She should be around 40-50 pounds, about the size of a labrador or a standard poodle. She is a pretty mellow dog. I only heard bark this morning after she woke up.
Even though she is so mellow the kids still seem a little unsure of her sniffing them. And poor PoSet is very confused. I thought PoSet would hide under our bed for a week, but she has been wandering around keeping an eye on the dog (keeping a good 6 foot buffer).
I am so excited for all of you and for Polly. She looks so happy in Corwin’s arms. Keep the pictures and stories coming. The video of Alice on her scooter was amusing - I laughed out loud! Love, Auntie deb
